Elaine (Iliana) Fleck, EA
I am an enrolled agent with over 20 years experience in preparing individual, small business, and fiduciary tax returns alongside a variety of other tax compliance activities and accounting work in the Chicago land area south suburbs.
My professional career in the tax preparation industry has encompassed diverse settings, including working in large and medium financial institutions, small accounting firms, healthcare and retail companies, always withing professional environments dedicated to exceptional customer service.
As an enrolled agent, I have earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accounts, are granted unrestricted rights to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, must demonstrate special competence in tax matters, must adhere to ethical standards, and are required to stay current with tax law and regulations by completing a minimum amount of continuing education annually.
